How do I make a return or exchange?

For in store returns you will need the product along with its original packaging and the original receipt. Exchanges are accepted within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Can I exchange online purchases at a store?
To exchange any items please return to the point of purchase, in other words, the same place where you purchased your original products. If you have purchased in a store please return to that store to make your exchange. At this time products which have been purchased purchases cannot be exchanged at store locations.

What should I know before sending the products for online exchange?
